Sharp photos with good lighting where the whole face is visible work best. Frontal or slightly side-angled photos are ideal. Avoid blurry or too dark photos. A smartphone in daylight is a sufficient tool!

Yes! You can put up to 3 faces on one pair of socks. In the design tool, select three photos, and our graphic designers will cut out the faces and arrange them alternately on the socks.

We normally ship within 24h (on business days). During holiday periods, processing time may be extended – we always inform about this on the website.

Due to personalization, we do not accept standard returns, in accordance with Art. 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights (and corresponding national laws), which exclude the right of withdrawal for goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized. BUT: if the socks have a manufacturing defect or the print turned out badly – we will replace them for free or refund your money.

If the print is crooked, cut off, misaligned, or the colors significantly differ from the submitted photos, please send us a photo of the socks within 14 days. We will evaluate the matter and print a new pair for free or refund your money.

Unfortunately, we do not offer cash on delivery. All orders require prepayment, which allows us to start producing personalized socks.

Absolutely! The socks are made of high-quality polyester designed for sublimation, with added elastane. This makes them lightweight, soft, breathable, and very durable. The print is created using the sublimation method, which means it penetrates the fabric structure – it doesn’t wash off, crack, or fade.

After we ship your package, you will receive an email from the selected courier company with a tracking number. You can check the status and journey of the shipment on the carrier's website.

We have 3 sizes: 35-38, 39-42, 43-46. The socks are stretchy and fit the foot well.

Yes! With an order of 3 pairs, you get free shipping.

Best washed at 40°C inside out, with a mild detergent. Dry naturally, do not iron the print – this way the socks and the print will look great for a long time.

You don't have to worry about that! Our team professionally removes the background and prepares the graphics for printing. Just send the photo – the rest is up to us.

We can add any text to the socks. Please include this request in the "Notes for designers" field during personalization.

To see the design before printing, you need to order the product "See design before purchase". It costs little and allows you to check the look of the design before placing the actual order. As part of this service, you can choose a pattern and up to 3 different colors if you can't decide. You will receive the finished designs via email, and after viewing them, you can place the final order.

You can freely cancel your order if it hasn't been sent to print yet. Write to us at hello@pupstersocks.com or via another communication channel with your order number. The refund takes place within 7 business days. The sooner you write, the better.
