w przypadku umowy o dostarczenie tre\u015bci cyfrowych.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li>In order for the Consumer to exercise the right of withdrawal from the contract, they must inform the Seller, using the details provided in \u00a7 2 of the Terms and Conditions, of their decision to withdraw from the contract through a clear statement (for example, a letter sent by post or information provided by email).<\/li>\n<li>To meet the deadline for exercising the right of withdrawal, it is sufficient for the Consumer to send information regarding the exercise of their right of withdrawal before the expiration of the withdrawal period.<\/li>\n<li>In the case of withdrawal from the concluded contract, the Seller shall refund to the Consumer all payments received from them, including the costs of delivering the goods (except for the additional costs resulting from the Consumer's choice of delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method offered by the Seller), immediately and in any case no later than 14 days from the day the Seller was informed of the Consumer's decision to exercise the right of withdrawal from the contract.<\/li>\n<li>The Seller will refund the Consumer using the same payment methods that were used by the Consumer in the original transaction, unless the Consumer agrees to another solution. In any case, the Consumer will not incur any fees related to this refund.<\/li>\n<li>The Seller may withhold the refund until the goods are received or until proof of their return is provided, depending on which event occurs first.<\/li>\n<li>The Seller requests that the goods be returned to the address: ul. Wojska Polskiego 55\/9, 63-200 Jarocin without delay, and in any case, no later than 14 days from the day the Consumer informed the Seller about the withdrawal from the sales contract. The deadline is considered met if the Consumer returns the goods before the expiration of the 14-day period.<\/li>\n<li>The Consumer bears the direct costs of returning the goods.<\/li>\n<li>The Consumer is only responsible for the reduction in the value of the goods resulting from their use in a manner other than what was necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.<\/li>\n<li>If the goods, due to their nature, cannot be returned by standard mail, the Consumer will also have to bear the direct costs of returning the goods. Detailed information regarding data processing by the Seller is included in the privacy policy available in the Store.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>\u00a7 11 RESERVATIONS<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>It is prohibited for the Buyer to provide unlawful content.<\/li>\n<li>Each order placed in the Store constitutes a separate sales contract and requires separate acceptance of the Terms and Conditions.
